
Bobby Nicolle is the Practice Manager at Deicke Richards, bringing more than twenty-five years of experience across architecture, consulting, hospitality, operations, HR, and finance. With a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration from Victoria University of Wellington and extensive professional development across quality management, systems implementation, Fair Work compliance and leadership coaching, Bobby brings a considered and people-centred approach to practice operations.
At Deicke Richards, Bobby oversees the operational and financial functions of the practice, ensuring teams have the clarity, structure and support they need to deliver high-quality architectural and urban design work. He works across all sectors of the practice to strengthen the systems that underpin project delivery.
