She is recognised within the practice for her thoughtful, detail-oriented leadership and her ability to build strong and enduring relationships with clients, consultants and project teams. Her approach balances strategic clarity with careful attention to the lived experience of building users.
Sasha has gained expertise in seniors living and education, and is focused on designing environments that support long-term liveability, dignity, and independence. This focus is evident in a number of significant projects, including All Hallows’ School 501 Ann Street refurbishment, Dodge Lane Bridge and Examination Centre, The Buzz at Yarrabilba, and TriCare Williams Landing. Her work on the Benevolent Living Interiors was recognised with the AIA Central Queensland Region People’s Choice Award in 2024.
Motivated by socially impactful outcomes, Sasha is driven by close collaboration with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and identify opportunities for design to positively influence daily life. She believes that good design should be accessible to all and finds satisfaction in revisiting completed projects and seeing end users thrive within the environments she has helped to create.
